The Daubert Tracker tracks cases in which either a gatekeeping issue involving an expert is involved or there has been a credibility assessment for an expert. Some experts in this list might not have been challenged but could have been involved as a rebuttal witness against another expert.

This list does not constitute an Expert Witness Directory and your name can be successfully added to the Daubert Tracker database, thereby making to this list, only if we come across a case that involves a credibility assessment (both positive and negative) for an expert.
